17th ECCMID / 25th ICC in Munich.

EU information session at the 17th ECCMID/25th ICC
2 April 2007, 15:30 - 17:30, Munich, Germany
An information session has been added to the programme of the ECCMID/ICC which
will provide practical guidance about how to develop and submit a successful proposal
to the following funding programmes:
- Framework Programme 7 by A. Lönnroth, DG Research, European Commission, Brussels
- Programme for community action in the field of health by F. Hoepner-Stamos, National Focal Point Germany, Ministry of Health, Berlin
A personal view by G. Pozzi, DG Research, will conclude the session: How can the European
Commission support drug research in the field of infectious diseases?

Public Health Programme Work Plan 2007
The European Commission's Public Health Executive Agency (PHEA) has published the
2007 Work Plan and Call for Proposals under the Public Health Programme 2003-2008.
More information about the public health topics for this year's call is also available
on the presentation slides which have been presented during the
Info Day by PHEA.
FP7 Marie Curie: further call for proposals
DG Research of the European Commission has published the call for proposals for
Individual Fellowship Actions (Intra-European, International Outgoing and International
Incoming Fellowships) and for Marie Curie Industry-Academia Partnerships and Pathways.
These actions are aimed at strengthening training, career prospects and mobility of
European researchers.
